Privacy
This policy describes what information is collected when you visit petitecamguide.com ("the Site", "we", "us"), how it is used and what choices you have. The Site is operated by Apollo Investments LLC, a limited liability company organized in Arkansas.
The short version
- There are no accounts, memberships or payments on the Site, and you will never be asked to register.
- At present we run no analytics or advertising trackers here.
- Some links are affiliate links; the platform you reach by clicking one may set its own cookies.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
What do we collect?
Things you send us. When you email us we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use these only to answer you and to keep a record of your request.
Things collected automatically. Cloudflare, which provides our hosting, DNS and security, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request so that it can deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
Which cookies are involved?
| Type | Who sets it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Security and performance | Cloudflare | Protecting the Site and keeping it fast |
| Affiliate partner | The platform you click through to | Crediting us with a referral if you sign up or buy |
Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. You can still read the Site with cookies blocked.
How do affiliate links track referrals?
Clicking an affiliate link takes you off the Site to a third-party live-cam platform. That platform, or its affiliate network, may place cookies on your device to record that you arrived from us. Our links can carry a short tracking code identifying which of our pages produced the click; the code describes our page, not you, and holds no name, email address or other personal details. We never receive your account or payment details from the platform, only reports such as numbers of clicks, sign-ups and commissions. Any third-party service you use is governed by its own privacy policy.
What do we use information for?
- Running, securing and improving the Site
- Tracking and receiving affiliate commissions
- Replying to messages and handling privacy, correction and removal requests
- Complying with the law and protecting our rights
Who do we share it with?
Only service providers that help operate the Site (hosting, DNS and security, email), authorities where the law requires it, or a buyer or successor as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California law defines those terms.
How long is it kept?
Emails and requests are kept for as long as we need to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Hosting and security logs follow our providers' retention schedules.
What are your choices?
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete or correct it, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" to make a request. Since we run no accounts, we normally hold very little information that identifies you. We may ask for details to confirm that a request is genuine.
Is the Site for adults only?
Yes. It is intended only for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How is information protected?
Every page is served over HTTPS and we use reputable providers, but no way of transmitting or storing data is completely secure.
What if I visit from outside the US?
The Site is run from the United States, so your information will be processed there.
Will this policy change?
It may. Any updated version will be posted on this page.
